People, Culture, and Collaboration Services

In response to several requests, Sequoia Union High School District has created the position: Executive Director of People, Culture, and Collaboration. Reporting to the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources, the Executive Director offers recommendations related to organizational change management processes and leadership accountability.
 
Through the Office of People, Culture, and Collaboration, the Executive Director will:
  • Promote an accessible and just workplace: Guiding efforts to make the district an accessible and inclusive environment for all.
  • Address and implement strategies that create space to foster a healthy organizational culture: Building a positive and supportive workplace.
  • Strengthen collaboration: Bringing people, communities, and organizations together to support how we achieve our District goals.
