What is Digital Wellbeing?

What is Digital Wellbeing?

Simply stated, digital wellbeing is the social and emotional wellbeing we achieve by paying attention to our digital practices. SUHSD formed a digital wellbeing task force in the Winter of 2020. This group, overseen by Javier Gutierrez and facilitated by Jack West, has focussed on researching and communicating best practices in the integration of digital devices into education in a manner that promotes maximum social emotional health for all members of the community.
