Please note:
1) If a retiree chooses to disenroll from SISC, it will not be possible for the retiree to re-enroll with SISC.
2) SISC requires that retirees and their spouses/domestic partners that are Medicare eligible provide proof of Medicare Parts A and B; if you do not provide proof there will be a hefty surcharge.
