GENERAL INFORMATION


Thank you for your interest in a certificated position with the Sequoia Union High School District. We appreciate you taking the time to fill out an application for one of our open positions. We only accept applications through EdJoin and are no longer accepting paper applications.
Under the "No Child Left Behind Act" our goal as a district is to hire certificated staff that is highly qualified in one or more fields. Federal Legislation states, the "No Child Left Behind Act of 2001," requires us as a public school to hire teachers that are highly qualified.


Teachers enter the Sequoia Union High School District with different professional development needs. We have created and implemented teacher support programs that are individualized and tailored to each teacher's identified needs.
