Submitting a technolgy support request

To submit a technology work order request click here:
  • Click on Google SSO to log in with your Staff or Student SUHSD email address.
  • On your dashboard, select the device you would like support with.
  • Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Enter your Room number
  • Provide a time for the technician to come by that will reduce any interruptions.
  • If you have a screenshot of the issue you can upload it.
  • Select the Submit  button to enter your request

Do you need a Chromebook and/or Hotspot
Students who hava a need for a Chromebook and or Hotspot can submit their request via the following form. You will be contacted by a school or district official with a time and location for pick-up. You must be logged in to your school email account to fill out the form.

You can also call 650-216-3300 to make a request for a Chromebook and/or hotspot.
Canvas Support 
Canvas is the district's Learning Management System where you will be able to access the content and assignments for your classes. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please Submit a Technology Request. Below are some resources to help with your Canvas experience:

Once logged in, using the Canvas Help button will generate a ticket through the Canvas System and are fielded by Information Services.
