In response to the expiration of Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, which temporarily suspended provisions of the Brown Act relating to public meetings, the Board will resume in-person board meetings. In the spirit of continuing transparency and public engagement, meeting participation through Zoom will remain available. Our public comment guidelines have been updated and are available to the public, here.
All in-person meeting attendees, including District staff members, presenters, participants, and those wishing to observe must do the following:
Provide proof of vaccination or a negative result of a COVID-19 test taken within the previous three days. Please arrive early to allow time for review of documentation. As an alternative, rapid antigen tests will be available for meeting attendees who do not provide vaccination verification or test result documentation. Please note, those who opt for onsite testing need to wait for approximately 20 minutes for test results before entering the meeting room.
Wear a well-fitting mask that covers the nose and mouth without gaps while in the building.
Maintain physical distancing of three feet apart from non-household members while in the meeting.
Those who do not meet the above requirements may participate remotely through Zoom.
