WageWorks Commuter Program - 2020
WageWorks offers you the ability to pay for all or part of your commuting expenses, transit and parking with pre-tax dollars. This benefit reduces the cost of your commute and will save you money.
How to enroll and receive SUHSD WageWorks commuter benefits beginning January 1, 2020:
A) If you are an employee who is currently participating in the WageWorks commuter program and want to continue to participate in the WageWorks commuter program in 2020, you MUST re-enroll by completing the forms linked below.
B) If you are a new employee for the 2019-2020 school year and you just enrolled in the WageWorks commuter program as a new employee, you DO NOT have to re-enroll until the Fall of 2020.
C) If you are an employee who has not previously participated and the WageWorks commuter program and want to participate for the 2020 calendar year, you must complete the forms linked below.
NOTE: All new WageWorks deductions will begin on employees December 2019 paychecks. Employees CANNOT change or cancel this program in the middle of the year.
All completed forms (linked below) may be submitted via employees email attachment to Suhsd-hr@seq.org with the title WageWorks ENROLLMENT FORMS or the forms may be turned in at the District Office no later than October 31, 2019.
