Employee Self Service
We are excited to announce ESS (Employee Self Service). The Employee Self Service Site gives you direct access to your personal payroll data via the Web. This service allows you to review, print, or save your latest pay stub or annual W2 tax form at your convenience, whether you're at work or at home.
Items you will need to register:
1) A computer connected to the SUHSD's network. Your initial registration must be completed with a work computer, however, you may use a fellow staff member's. After registration, you can access your paystubs and W2s from any computer outside the network. If you do not have a work computer to use, the Payroll department has setup a guest computer which you can use at the District Office to register yourself. Please contact Imani Todd (itodd@seq.org) to setup an appointment time.
2) Your most RECENT pay statement. The information from the latest pay statement including the NET PAY and EXACT NAME will need to be entered into ESS at registration.
3) Your full social security number.
4) An email address, either work or personal.
