Facilities

The Facilities Department includes Maintenance and Operations (M & O) and Construction. 

This office collects processes applications and collects developer fees on behalf of our feeder elementary districts:  Belmont/Redwood Shores, Las Lomitas, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Ravenswood, Redwood City, San Carlos and Woodside.

ConstructionThe Construction Department is involved in projects to renovate and/or construct new buildings to include but not limited to site improvements, classrooms, administrative offices, athletic facilities and theaters district wide. Funding for these projects has come from various bond measures that were approved by voters and state matching funds.

M & O   

The Maintenance & Operations (M&O) department is responsible for keeping the district's facilities safe, clean, and functional. This department handles repairs and upkeep of buildings and systems  sucb as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, flooring, door hardware, and equipment. This also includes cleaning, groundskeeping, event setup for things like board meetings, graduations, and community use of facilities.
