Associate Superintendent, HR / Student Services

The Associate Superintendent of Human Resources and Student Services is responsible for leading both departments. In Human Resources, this includes overseeing the hiring and evaluation of all certificated and classified employees. Specific duties include professional learning, mandatory employee trainings, staff recognition, progressive discipline, complaint investigation, employee association negotiations, benefits, workers' compensation, teacher credentialing, and recruitment. The Associate Superintendent also evaluates assigned personnel.

For Student Services, the role encompasses child welfare and attendance, health and prevention services, student discipline and placement, school safety, student support services, and enrollment. This position ensures a safe and enriching environment that supports academic growth and compliance with relevant laws.

Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services

The Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services leads an instructional program that aligns with the district's mission and vision. This role plans, organizes, monitors, coordinates, and supervises systems related to student education. Key areas of focus include: student academic achievement; data analysis and its impact on instruction; organizational alignment of curriculum; special education services; professional development and leadership training; maintaining local, state, and federal compliance; and fostering community partnerships.

Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services

The Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services/Chief Business Officer provides leadership and direction for the district's business operations. Key responsibilities include long-range financial planning, managing the collection, disbursement, and accounting of all district funds, overseeing construction activities and district properties, handling insurance and liability activities, and providing essential support services. This position also serves as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet and collaborates with senior management on strategic planning and decision-making.
