Address Verification - MANDATORY
All students coming into the district must verify their address to show they live within the district boundaries and are eligible to attend school in the Sequoia Union High School District. Click on the link below for information to determine which documents you must bring to verify your address and to find out further information about the process.

In late October/early November, a letter is sent to all incoming 9th grade students announcing address verification

Step 2
Open Enrollment - OPTIONAL
An OPTIONAL
Open Enrollment transfer provides incoming 9th grade families with the opportunity to apply to attend a school other than their home school.
Note: you only need to apply for open enrollment if you wish to have your student attend a school other than his/her assigned school.

Step 3
Course Selection and Approval - MANDATORY
- This is coordinated at school sites by SUHSD Counselor Liaisons. Students receive information on courses to enroll in and submit requests during the Liaison visits during the Spring.
Course selections will continue to occur online. Please review the website linked below that houses all of the files and information that will allow students to submit elective requests in the Spring, allow parents to view the requests, and for more information for the overall process. All parents/guardians will have receive communication in March, annually, that contains login information for parents/guardians and their student(s). Please contact the appropriate individual at your assigned school site for more information regarding login information.
Step 4
Online Information Update - MANDATORY
- Online Information Update
Completing this process will allow each parent to update their emergency and household information as well as to review their student's selected courses for the upcoming school year. Parents will receive information to complete the OIU in the Spring.
Step 5
Arena Check-In - MANDATORY
- Your assigned home school will send information to you with important dates and information for the Arena Check-in Registration process. Expect this information to be sent home in the late Spring or early Summer, and posted to school websites at the same time.
