INTERNATIONAL WEEK

International Week is approaching! This is a week that allows all of us
students and staff to show our cultural pride. Each day will represent a
different culture and we will end the week with an assembly display act
from all over the world. A great way to let others experience your
culture is performing at the assembly. Auditions for the assembly will
be held on FEB. 6th! that is coming faster than you know so get your act
together and sign up in the leadership room B-21. So come try out and
show your pride.

Hey Bears! Time for an environmental tidbit! Did you know that every
year America throws away 24 million tons of leaves and grass? Leaves
alone account for 75% of our solid waste in the fall! Look into your
community's recycling schedule and find out what day of the week yard
waste can be picked up from your curb! Remember M-A, reduce, reuse,
recycle!
