PTA MEETING
Thank you to our wonderful PTA members! We appreciate your attendance
at our monthly meetings and love to hear your input. Our next PTA
General Meeting is Wednesday, March 5th, 8:30AM in Room F-15. We will
hear from our onsite Adolescent Counseling Service Director, Liz
Schoeben. Liz will recap the last Parent Education Night topic, Your
Teens Mental Health. We will also get an update from our Nominating
Committee. If you or anyone you know is interested in joining either
the PTA Board or working on a PTA Committee, we appreciate and welcome
you! Steve Teu, a Pacific Islander Community parent, will come and
share his thoughts about his involvement with the students at M-A, and
how to facilitate communication between different cultures. We look
forward to seeing you!
BUS PASSES
Any student who needs to secure a bus pass, please come in at the end of
the month for the next month. Bus passes are good for the entire month
and it is a better use of your funds and Outreach funds if one can use
from March 1st to the 31st. All passes are sent back to Sam Trans by the
15th. An Outreach form needs to be filled every month. Once the form is
filled out, approved, and copied, the bus pass is given by the Treasurer
who is in the Administration Bldg. Any questions, please see Geri
Nicholas in the Career Center.
