Donâ  t Miss the MY WORLD PTA Fashion Show--

this Saturday, November 10th in the New Gym

 Support the PTA and be entertained by our talented seniors!

 
Tickets are still available for the 4 pm and 7:30 pm shows!  We will be selling tickets at the door. Come early to buy tickets, we will start the show on time. We will also be selling tickets at M-A at lunch by the library on Thursday and Friday. Scholarships are available.

Show details:

Luncheon Show--doors open at 11:30, show starts at 12:30. Table assignments will be given at the door. 

4:00 show--Doors open at 3:30, no reserved seats,

7:30 showâ  Doors open at 7:00, no reserved seats.

Volunteer to help! We are still looking for people to work behind the scene the day of the show.  Itâ  s a great way to see the show from the students point of view. We can also use help in between shows. We have three main shifts: 

        lunchâ  11 to 2:30

        afternoon â   3 to 5:45  

        evening 6:30 to  9:30.

We also need dads to help us take down the show on Sunday at 9:30. Just 2-3 hours and you will be home for lunch Contact Lily Hurliman to volunteer: LHurl at aol.com

Donâ  t miss our amazing Raffle!  Top prize is an Apple iPhone! Other fabulous prizes include: $250 Visa gift card, $250 Best Buy gift card, a digital camera ($250 value), $200 spa certificate at Skin Spirit in Palo Alto, a Pearl necklace and earrings ($200 value).  Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.  Buy them at the show. Raffle winners will be announced at the beginning of the evening show. You donâ  t have to be present to win. 

Support our Bake Sale.  Every year, talented bakers from our school community donate treats for sale. Shop for your family or friends in front of the gym on show day. It is not too late to help out by baking or by helping to wrap the baked goods. Contact Elyse Dunnahoo at KZAARD at aol.com

Honor your senior with a Flower Bear Hug! New this year, we are selling single rose and bouquetts for our seniors. Look for them near the bake sale, right outside the show.  

Save money when you order the DVD by November 9th.  The show DVD is $20 until Nov. 9th.  At show time, Nov. 10th, it goes up to $25. Find the order sheet at mabears.org<downloads<PTA. Or pick up a form in the school office. We will have order sheets at rehearsal this week. Make your check out to M-A PTA.
