 The school year is winding down, but your PTA Administration Support
team is looking ahead to the back-to-school season in August.  We need
parent volunteers to staff Arena Check-In and schedule distribution to
students on the first day of fall classes.  These events take place on
campus, and training is provided on-the-spot, so no experience is
necessary.  Helping at either or both is a fun way to meet other parents
and take in the scene as students reunite with their classmates after
summer.

 

To sign up, please contact Kristin Smith, one of the Administration
Support co-chairs for 2007-2008, at kttsmith at yahoo.com.  Please indicate
which of the following shifts you'd prefer and whether you are
bilingual.  (The hours listed indicate when volunteers are needed -
actual event hours are shorter.)

 

Arena Check-In     Seniors and Freshmen     Thursday Aug. 16th 

1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

4:00 pm - 7:15 pm

 

Arena Check-In     Juniors and Sophomores    Friday, Aug. 17th 

7:30 am   - 10:30 am

10:00 am - 1:30 pm

 

Schedule Distribution    Before school on the first day of classes,
Thurs., Aug. 23rd 

6:50 am  -  8:30 am
