Hello,
I am looking for last minute help in proctoring an exam this Saturday, March
31st. The test is a practice AP Language exam for our junior students. The
time would be from 9:30 am to approximately 12:30, and it will take place in
the school library. We will have about 120 to 130 students taking the test
and our AP Language teacher, Marei Kane, will be proctoring, but I know she
would appreciate some help. Two to three parents would be ideal to help
supervise kids, hand out materials, and in general make sure everything runs
smoothly.
I am not sure what is the best way to conatact PTA memebers at this late
date, so I thought I would just throw an e-mail out there. If you are
interested or need more information, please send an email to
klosekoo at seq.org.
Thank you,

Subject: parent volunteers for STAR testing at M-A
Dear parent volunteers -
Testing season is approaching at M-A, starting with STAR tests right after
spring break and AP exams shortly after that. This is high season for
Administration Support - we'll need many parent volunteers to help out.
Right now, we're assembling a team of parent volunteers to help organize
STAR test materials after spring break. Ideally, volunteers would be
available to attend an orientation session with Instructional Vice Principal
Steve Lippi at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4th, and work at least one of the
following shifts during the testing period:
Tuesday, April 17 after school
Wednesday, April 18 after school
Thursday, April 19 starting around noon
Friday, April 20 starting around noon
Monday, April 23 starting around 10 a.m.
Tuesday, April 24 after school
Wednesday, April 25 after school
Thursday, April 26 starting around noon
Friday, April 27 starting around noon
Monday April 30 starting around 10 a.m.
Tuesday, May 1 after school
Please send an email to kimmitchell75 at sbcglobal.net to sign up for one or
more shifts and rsvp for April 4th. You're very welcome to help out even if
you cannot attend the April 4th orientation session; we'll just be sure to
pair you with someone who has been trained.
Many thanks for helping support the M-A administration during this busy
season.
