YEARBOOKS

A few yearbooks are still available. Students who want to buy them
should line up by the J building black doors after school today. The
yearbooks cost $80, cash only.

Some students who pre-ordered yearbooks still have not claimed them.
They need to pick them up in the J building immediately, otherwise, the
yearbook staff cannot guarantee that they will receive a book (yes, even
if they paid for one). If your student pre-ordered a yearbook and you
haven't seen it, you might want to ask.

JUNIOR PARENTS: A MEMORABLE JOB AWAITS YOU

Experience the excitement of Grad Night by helping with check-in on
Thursday, June 7. Training begins at 7:45; student check-in runs from
8:30-9:30. Contact Margie Lawrence at mlawrence at mppc.org for more
information.

PARENTS OF GRADUATING SENIORS

Seniors who have not picked up their gold clearance slip from B-21 will
not be allowed to walk at graduation. Caps and gowns are still
available: send your senior to B-21 to collect a set.

The M-A dance team is selling fresh Hawaiian leis for $25. They will
deliver them to the graduate right before the graduation. Talk to any
dance team member to place your order today

Remember: graduation will be Thursday, June 7, at 4 p.m. on the football
field

GRAD NIGHT CORRECTION

Students should check in at the new gym.

PROM MEMORY BOOKS

If your students purchased memory books as part of a package, they can
pick them up at lunch. ID required. No extra books are available.

DID YOUR CHILD TAKE P.E. THIS YEAR?

If your students do not plan to continue using their gym clothes, you
can donate them to M-A students who need them. Please take them to the
office and ask that they be given to Outreach.

SUMMER SCHOOL

The confirmation letters that students received in the mail pertain only
to the first session. Students will receive confirmation letters for
the second session after June 16.

LIBRARY BOOKS, TEXTBOOKS, AND SUMMER TEXTBOOKS

All library books and textbooks must be returned before summer vacation.
Students taking summer school classes can check out textbooks starting
June 11. Summer library hours: June 11- 29, 8:00am-2:30pm; closed for
lunch 12:00 noon-12:45pm. The library will be closed during July and
will reopen on August 1 with the same summer hours as June. Questions
during the summer? Call 322-5311, x5162.

YOU KNOW YOU WANT THIS JOB

My M-A student is graduating and my next child is only in fourth grade.
Therefore, someone needs to volunteer to take on the flexible, easy, and
often entertaining job of eNotes editor. Not only is it a creative and
powerful job, you will get to work with M-A icon Maria Flaherty. It
doesn't get better than that.

Email Julie Brody at julie at brodyfamily.net to volunteer, or email me at
joanne at missionctrl.com if you have questions about the job itself.

AWOL: CAREER CENTER MATERIALS

Please ask your students to check under their beds and in their
bookcases to see if they have any Career Center materials in their
possession. Students should return any materials before the end of the
year.

DON'T SPOIL THE LAST FEW DAYS OF SCHOOL

There will be ticketing during finals week too! Students should arrive
early to get a legal space.

SPORTS

For complete team information, see www.m-aboosters.org

LOW COST PHYSICALS

Amy Jamison, head athletic trainer at M-A, wants parents of athletes to
know that BAK Physical Therapy is offering low-cost physicals to all
fall athletes on June 9 from 9-11 a.m. at 705 Oak Grove Avenue, Menlo
Park. The cost is $20 and no insurance is required. Amy also would
like to have parents volunteer to help with crowd control. Email her at
Amy.Jamison at stryker.com if you are interested.
