[Ma-pta-enotes] Help needed for M-A Arena check-in & Schedule Distribution

Hi-
 
We hope you are all having a wonderful summer, either fun-filled or relaxing.  It is going by so quickly that it's time again to start scheduling things for school.
 
Arena check-in is Thursday, August 16 and Friday, August 17.  We still need helpers for all shifts.  
 
The shift times are as follows:
 
Thursday, August 16, 1:30-4:30 p.m.  4 volunteers still needed
Thursday, August 16,  4:00-7:30 p.m.  18 volunteers still needed
Friday, August 17,  7:30-10:30 a.m.   10 volunteers still needed
Friday, August 17, 10:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.  12 volunteers still needed
 
For reference, the check-in groups for Thursday are Freshman & Seniors, for Friday are Sophomores & Juniors.
 
We also still need some helpers for Schedule Distribution on the first day of school, Thursday, August 23.  It is a short time period, from 6:50 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.  We still need 6 volunteers for this time.
 
These events take place on campus, and training is provided on-the-spot, so no experience is necessary.  Helping at either or both is a fun way to meet other parents and take in the scene as students reunite with their classmates after summer.

Shop at Keplers and help the M-A Library
You can now support the M-A library when you shop at Kepler's.  The library is enrolled in Kepler's Community Partners in Education program.  Mention M-A at the register as you make your purchase and 10% of the purchase amount will go to the library for the purchase of library materials.
