Spring Sports begin the last MONDAY in January

You can't try out for a team without completeing the packet.  The
physical must be done once a year.  

If I was cleared for Fall sports do I have to do the packet again?  YES
(except physical)

I am in a winter sport do I have to do a packet for Spring again? YES
(except physical)

Packets are ready to be picked up now for any students interested in
participating in spring sports.  Please come to the Administration
Building, AVP Office to get a packet and physical screening exam form.  

The completed packets must be in by Monday February 4, 2008.  
NO EXCEPTIONS FOR LATE FORMS.

If you are a transfer student or foreign exchange student, be sure to
come in early to get your CCS Transfer forms.  These forms must be
mailed into the CCS office and can take up to twenty days, or longer, to
process.  


Any student who does not complete their packet and have it turned in by
the cut off date will not be allowed to participate in spring sports.
