[Ma-pta-enotes] Correction

CORRECTION

An earlier edition of eNotes said that October SAT scores would be too
late to be evaluated for early decision or early action applications. 
That is not the case.  Nearly all colleges that have early decision or
early action programs WILL see October scores; November and December
test scores are definitely too late for early applications.  And of
course students who plan to apply early should have strong junior-year
spring test scores!
