DON'T PICK UP THAT GROCERY LIST...

Until you register for eScrip (or make sure your eScrip information is
current) or RENEW your commitment.

You probably already know about the benefits of eScrip, the fundraiser
that requires almost no effort and costs you absolutely nothing.
Through eScrip, participating business partners contribute a percentage
of the money you spend using your grocery loyalty cards, store cards,
major credit cards, and debit/ATM cards to your chosen school, group, or
other nonprofit organization.  Because of you, eScrip already donates
thousands of dollars a year to Menlo-Atherton.

You may not have realized that you need to update your eScrip
information at least once a year.  If an old card expired and you
received a replacement, eScrip will not have the new expiration date on
record and will not be able to contribute money on your behalf.  If you
shop at Safeway, you need to renew your support of the eScrip program by
October 31. You may also want to change your recipient list to reflect
changes in your family.  Specifically, if you're not supporting M-A's
PTA, you might want to start!

Here's how you do it.

1. Log on to www.escrip.com

2. Under the heading "Make a difference in four easy steps" click on #1,
"Sign up"

3. If you don't think you have registered with eScrip, type
Menlo-Atherton High School PTA in the box, then press the Search button.
You will be guided through the registration process.

If you have registered with eScrip, look for the "Existing Supporters"
heading.  If you have a Safeway card, first click on the "renew your
commitment..." link.  You will see a verification message.  Back up to
the previous page, then click on the "my escrip" link under the
"Existing Supporters" heading.  

After logging in to your account, you will see a page entitled "Welcome
to my eScrip."  Click on the link that reads "Go to Account
Administration." You will be shown your account page.  Make sure the
card information is current and that Menlo-Atherton High School PTA is
listed under Group Selection.

4. You can designate one, two, or three recipients, and you can change
the list at any time.  

That's it! For an annual investment of 5 minutes of your time, you can
help our school and earn our ongoing appreciation.
