Many thanks to all who have volunteered to help with schedule distribution =
at Menlo-Atherton High School on the first day of school, August 24th.  We =
now have the help we need for that day, but are in great need of volunteers=
 for all Arena Check-In shifts on August 17th and August 18th.  With only 2=
 =BD weeks to go, we have fewer than half of the slots filled for each shif=
t!  Remember, helping out at Arena is easy, fun, and a great way to enjoy t=
he collective energy of all those high schoolers reuniting with their frien=
ds.

Once again, here are the shift times:

Thursday, August 17, 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 17, 4:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Friday, August 18, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Friday, August 18, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Packets from M-A should be arriving at your house shortly, and the contents=
 may help you determine how best to coordinate your volunteer stint with wh=
en your student needs to be at Arena.  Feel free to recruit a friend to wor=
k a shift with you, especially someone new to the school who might need a l=
ittle encouragement to volunteer.
