[Carlmont-PSG2008] Tickets

 Grad Night is a special celebration on the night of graduation. Plans have been
in the works for years! Graduates will be buses to a surprise location for an
evening of fun, in a safe environment with their Carlmont friends. 

 Tickets for Grad Night 2008 are still on sale for $55 per student. The needed
forms to purchase the tickets are available on the school website
(www.carlmont.seq.org). Go to the PTSA/PSG page, and then onto PSG2008. Forms
can also be picked up in the Administration Office from Anne Smith. Fill out
each section of the three forms (order form, waiver form, permission form)
including medical info, and signatures from both student and parent. The forms
and payment should be mailed directly to the Ticket Chairwoman –
