Senior parents, the Class of 2008 needs your help. The seniors will be attending a picnic on Monday June 2. That event requires parent to chaperone to keep all students safe. We also need additional chaperones for Grad Night 2008 which takes place in the evening of June 6th. Call or email Marcy Burrell at (650) 591-2843 or mwildnoop at yahoo.com as soon as possible, if you can help with either or both activities. In order to insure the seniors have a safe and enjoy event, they need your help. Thanks.

The Carlmont Hip Hop Squad is holding tryouts on May 28th. You’ve seen them perform at games and assemblies and here is your chance to be apart of the team! Tryouts will be held in the dance studio at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, may 28th. Make sure that you come in dance attire and be on time. If you have any questions, talk to Sarah Cox or Sofie Zarrabi. All Key Club members - there is a meeting today at lunch to finalize arrangements for Special Games and Hometown Days, as well as to pack cookies for the Hometown Days cookie sale.  We'll see you there! * Poliszuk

SPORTS

There is a Boys Basketball sign up meeting on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:15pm, in the weight room. All boys interested in trying out next year should attend this meeting. * Low

Attention all girls interested in playing summer basketball. There is a mandatory meeting in the gym on Wednesday May 21st at the beginning of lunch. - Coach O.

PERFORMING ARTS

Please pick up an information sheet from Ms. Secrist if you're interested in auditioning for Intermediate or Advanced Dance for the 2008-09 school year.  The completed sheet needs to be returned no later than 7* Wednesday May 22nd 2008.  Auditions for incoming freshman will be held Thursday May 22nd from 4pm-7pm and for current students, Friday May 23rd from 4pm - 7pm in the dance studio. * Secrist
