PARENTS:

 Senior Parents, is your child going in Grad Night 2008?? Have you sent them a
telegram?? What is a telegram - you ask...each student going to Grad Night will
have their own mailbox slot for special messages. These messages can come from
parents, previous teachers, auntie or cousins. It is easy and free!! Just
download a telegram from the school website, www.carlmont.seq.org - click on
PTSA/PSG - click on 2008 - the telegram info will appear. Telegrams can be sent
via email, or printed and sent to telegram chairwoman. Telegrams are an integral
part of the Grad Night activities, make sure your child is included!!

Everyone is invited to the PTSA End of Year Celebration on Tuesday, May 
13 at 7:30 pm in the Carlmont Student Union. 
We will elect a new board for your Parent Teacher Student Association.  
We will present PTSA Senior scholarships and Reflections Art awards.
We will honor our longtime volunteers.  RSVP to Emily Sarver at

IMPORTANT INFO

Administration has notified all teachers that temporary ID's will not be issued after 2nd period.  Please make sure you have your ID and lanyard (around the neck).  Do not come to the office for a temporary ID after 2nd period. * Gordon

PERFORMING ARTS

Please pick up an information sheet from Ms. Secrist if you're interested in auditioning for Intermediate or Advanced Dance for the 2008-09 school year.  The completed sheet needs to be returned no later than 7* Wednesday May 22nd 2008.  Auditions for incoming freshman will be held Thursday May 22nd from 4pm-7pm and for current students, Friday May 23rd from 4pm - 7pm in the dance studio. * Secrist

CLASS INFO

Senior Service Seals.  If you want a Gold, Silver, or Bronze seal on your diploma, you need to turn in your Service Seal form to Mr. Kelly by next Friday, May 9.  If you have lost the form from your Social Studies class, you can download one from the Carlmont Website.  - Kelly

Senior Picnic.  Are you going to the Senior Picnic?  Water slides...a lake....grass area...beach....  If you want to go, you need to turn in your permission slip (from Social Studies class or online) with $15.00 to Mr. Kelly by May 14. - Kelly

Senior Takeover Day.  If you want to take over a teacher or staff member's job for a day, May 21, talk to that person.  If they agree, tell them to email Mr. Kelly - Kelly
