COLLEGE AND CAREER

Attention seniors planning on attending Thursday's Canada College
fieldtrip: The College Center needs your fieldtrip permission forms by
lunchtime on Wednesday (at the latest). - Dominguez

CLUBS AND PROGRAMS

Want to make some money for summer? The Food Service Department has
openings for lunch time food service. We are training both cashiers and
runners. If you're interested, please come to the Staff Window located
inside the Student Union at lunch. Please come toward the end of lunch
when we are not as busy. - McGuinness

Hey Gentlemen* and Ladies! Interested in being a firefighter? Check out
the Firefighter recruitment fair on Saturday, April 19th. The fair will
be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  and is at the CPAT testing center at 6723

CLASS INFO

Seniors, if you wish to purchase a Panoramic Picture, orders are due by
March 28. Cost is $21.00.  The picture can be purchased from the School
Treasurer.  All checks payable to "Carlmont High School". - Kelly

Seniors, if you would like your Cap and Gown to arrive before June 1,
you must order it by March 28.  All Caps and Gowns ordered in April will
not arrive until June 1 at the earliest.  The current cost is $50.00
from Mr. Kelly in the ASB room or from the School Treasurer. - Kelly

Seniors - are you planning to attend a trade school, community college
or 4 year college this Fall and need a little help with funds? Have you
been meaning to apply for a Carlmont PTSA scholarship, but haven't quite
got around to it?  Seniors who have been active volunteers in the school
or community are invited to stop by the College Center and pick up an
application. There's still time, the deadline is April 1st. 

Juniors, Sophomores and eager Freshmen ... The College SAT test isn't
so
bad -- if you do a little prep work.  So, here's your chance to take a
full-length, graded PRACTICE SAT test at Carlmont and get your scores
back online, including comments on the writing portion.  Then decide if
you need to buy the prep books or take a class before the REAL SAT.  The
practice SAT is Saturday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Bring $20 cash
or check made out to Carlmont PTSA -- to the College and Career Center
by Thursday, March 27.  Sponsored by the PTSA and Revolution Prep. -
