Students that are parking in our permit parking areas are going to
start receiving parking tickets. * Gordon

STUDENTS! Don’t forget about Daylight Savings! This Sunday is
daylight savings! Make sure that you change your clocks one hour ahead!!

CLUBS AND PROGRAMS

Carlmont's Meatout event is Thursday, March 27th.  If you are
interested in helping to plan for this event, come to the SAPA meeting
on Monday, at lunch, in A3. - Pierce

Attention East Palo Alto Students! There will be an EPA Youth Advisory
Council meeting during lunch on Tuesday, Mar 11th. Please come,
especially if you need community service hours!

Attention GSA members! Come to a meeting on Tuesday, March 11th during
lunch in room A-3! * Gold

The Rowdy Warriors of Self Defense will have a meeting in the Gym at
lunch on Monday!  - Heck

Attention AP Students: AP test registration begins next Monday. Sign up
in the treasurer's office at lunch or after 6th period. AP tests are
$86. Financial assistance is available to qualifying students. See the
treasurer for financial assistance details. - Gillogly

PERFORMING ARTS

Come see many of Dr. Seuss' stories put to song and dance! Don't miss
Carlmont's production of Seussical the Musical at Canada College Theater
on Friday, Saturday, March, 7, and 8 at 8 PM; Sunday, March 9 at 2 PM.
Tickets are $8 for students, $10 general. There are PLENTY OF TICKETS AT
THE DOOR, if you have not purchased one yet! - Martin

TESTING AND COURSES

Tenth Grade Students:

Plan ahead for CAHSEE on Tuesday, March 11th and Wednesday, March 12th.
 You will receive a bright orange notice this week from your 4th period
teacher telling you where you will take the CAHSEE.  If you do not know
where your assigned testing room is, ask your teacher as soon as you
receive the notice.

Remember to bring your school photo ID to the test.  CAHSEE will start
promptly at the beginning of 1st period.  If you have unscheduled 1st
period you must arrive at school early on those days - no later than
8:00 AM on Tuesday, and 8:53 on Wednesday.  Be sure to leave home early
and be here on time. - Bailey
