Friday, April 6th is a minimum day for students
School begins at 7:55a.m. 
Dismissal for 6th period is at 11:25 and 7th period ends at noon.

Carlmont needs parent volunteers for this years prom. This year's theme is  
Casino Royal and it will be held in the same location as last year. Prom is on  
April 28th, 2007 from 7:30-12:00. If you are interested in volunteering for a

CLUBS AND PROGRAMS

There is an Interact Club meeting TODAY at lunch to talk about upcoming events. * Frost

Wiffle ball is back! If you want to sign up to be on the student team, sign up at the ASB room. The tournament starts the week after spring break. * Kelly

Attention all club presidents! There is a mandatory meeting in the ASB room this Thursday at lunch. It is mandatory that you attend this meeting, if you wold like to receive a prom court nomination. - Kelly

Prom tickets are now on sale.  You can buy them online or in the ASB room at lunch.  The cost is $60 with a PAL sticker and $65 without.  You MUST pay your library fines before buying your ticket whether buying online or not.  If you’re bringing a guest, you MUST fill out a guest pass.  Get your Prom tickets early.  Prices will go up April 16th!!  Buy ‘em now. * Kelly

It's that time of year.  Try-outs for spirit squad are April 23, 25, 27 and May 1.  Registration packets are now available in the Administration office and must be returned no later than April 18.  So don't delay get your registration packet today. * Goeking (Cheerleading Advisor)

Key Clubbers!  There is a MANDATORY meeting this Thursday at lunch.  We will be handing out field trip permission slips for the beach cleanup, so be there! - Poliszuk

SPORTS

There will be a Boys basketball meeting this Thursday at the beginning of the lunch period, in the gym. All boys interested in trying out next year should attend. - Low

IMPORTANT INFO

Friday April 6 will be a minimum day and there will be no EPA 2nd period bus.  6th period bus will depart at 11:35 and 7th period will depart at 12:20.

The counselors will not accept applications for Scholar School after April 5th. * Gordon

Students:  Plan ahead!  Friday, April 6th is a minimum day.  School starts at 7:55 AM. * Bailey

The deadline for signing up for summer school is April 6th.  If you did not sign up for summer school with your counselor in your English class, please see her today at lunch. - DePaoli

WORK EXPERIENCE

Interested in working at the library? The Belmont Library is looking for an Aide! Ten hours a week, including alternating Friday afternoons and Sundays. The salary range is from $9.21 * 12.79 an hour. If you are interested, please stop by the Belmont library for more info. Or call Linda Chiochios at 591-8286. 

COLLEGE AND CAREER

Seniors: Have you been accepted to any private colleges or out-of-state schools? If so, drop by the College Center and make sure the college name is on the white board before Open House Thursday night. - Dominguez
