IMPORTANT INFO

Scholar School is now open.  Students need to complete an application with their Guidance Advisor.  Scholar School will be in room B 14 after 6th period. Monday through Thursday.   See Mrs. Cereghino if you have questions. - Gordon

CMC (our Carlmont Motivational Center) is OPEN.  For students who need a computer, go to room D 25 after 6th period. All other students go to room D 10 after 6th period. There will be a bus for students who live in East Palo Alto at 4:30. * Gordon

Did you miss Arena Registration and getting your picture taken for a student I.D.?  If so, you have ONE, yes, ONE chance to get a Student I.D. for free.  Thursday, September 28 is the one and only time you can get your picture taken and get a free Student I.D.  Write it down!  Don't forget! - Kelly

COLLEGE AND CAREER

Attention Juniors and Seniors:  An admission representative from Tufts University, a private college in the Boston area, best-known for international relations and strong in engineering, will be at Carlmont in the College Center on Tuesday during 3rd period to speak with interested students. - Dominguez

"Seniors:  Don't forget, Sept 12th is the last day to register for the October 14th SAT exam without a late fee.  You can also come to the College Center during lunch to get information about other SAT or ACT exam dates. * Dominguez

The Food Service Department is hiring cashiers for lunch service. All cashiers receive a monthly paycheck and a free lunch. You will need to bring a copy of your picture ID and social security card. If you are interested please contact Tracy McGuinness. You can usually find me in the main kitchen. - McGuinness
