IMPORTANT INFO

Students assembling a portfolio to meet the technology requirement can
meet with Mr. Fishtrom from the district office, on Thursday, October
26th during lunch in the guidance office.  Seniors, please remember that
the portfolio is due December 8th. * DePaoli

CLUBS AND PROGRAMS

Do you want to be remembered for giving the best gift this holiday
season?  Come to the Carlmont High School Craft Faire on Saturday, Nov.
4 from 10-5 in the student union.  We have great vendors selling a
variety of crafts and art work.  - Hero

Attention all FACES mentors. We will be having a prep meeting at lunch
this THURSDAY in conference room 2. Also, FACES participants need to
attend a mandatory meeting this Friday at lunch in Conference room 2 in

All Interact members need to come to a short meeting TODAY about
upcoming events! * Frost

Hey students!!  Do you like lively music and dancing?  Do you like a
plot with wit, charm, humor, heartache and inspiration?  Then what are
you waiting for?  Buy your tickets for Carlmont's Fall Musical, 42nd
Street, opening next week.  Click on the link at Carlmont's website,
call the box office at x8712 or buy your tickets on campus.  Campus
sales will occur this Thursday, Oct. 26th and Monday, Oct. 30th at lunch
in the quad.  Remember the musical opens next week.  Get your tickets
early for the best seats and enjoy the show!! 

Plan on going to Costa Rica?  Then YOU need to be at the next meeting
at 5pm in C3 on Thursday, October 26th.  Please see Mrs. Doss if you
cannot attend.  Your parents are welcome to attend.

COLLEGE AND CAREER

University of the Pacific (UOP) will be in the College Center during
2nd period tomorrow.  The college rep visits on Thursday include Pitzer
during 1st period, Rensselar (RPI) during 3rd period, Regis University
during 5th period, and St. Mary's College of CA during 6th period. *

Don't forget about the College Fair at Canada College gym on Thursday
night at 6:30 p.m.  If you need ride, there will be buses you can board
at M-A, OICW, College Track, or East Palo Alto.  See Mrs. Dominguez for

OK Freshman, this is your last chance! We really need your help as 
mentors for the 8th grade shadowing program ~ especially you guys! If 
you did not attend one of the meetings so far, grab your lunch and 
please come join us in Room C-3 TODAY.

Seniors.  If you have not ordered your Graduation Cap and Gown, the
prices will go up on November 1.  You may still mail in your order form
to Herff Jones by October 31.  Order your Cap and Gown at the lowest
price.  If you wait, the prices WILL go up. - Kelly
