Graduation Requirements ("District 220") Three Sequoia District Schools Named Distinguished Schools Technology Graduation Requirement Bond Oversight Committee (Measure H) Measure H is a $70 million bond passed under Proposition 98 by the voters in the Sequoia Union High School District in November, 2004.  The legal requirements of Measure H is to establish an Oversight Committee composed of community members representing local businesses, senior citizens’ organization, a bona fide tax payers’ organization, as well as involved parent of a child enrolled in a District school.  The eight member committee is charged with the responsibility of assuring voters that the bond proceeds are spent effectively and in compliance with the projects listed in the Measure “H” ballot language.
