The Sequoia Union High School District is proposing to construct a new Adult School Annex at 736 and 763A Green Street, East Palo Alto. This project will consist of six modular classrooms, restroom building, administration building, utility and sitework, new landscape and hardscape, fencing, lighting and a 46 car parking lot. The Adult School would serve a maximum of 270 students throughout the day. As another alternative, it is possible that the site will be used during the day by a local charter school. It is expected that the Charter School will be used by a total of 100 students during the first year, and a total of 200 students during the second year. The Charter School is not expected to extend beyond two academic years at this site. The site would not be used by both the Charter School and the Adult School at the same time.
