NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Sequoia Union High School District, County of San Mateo, State of California, will receive sealed bids for the following:
PROPOSAL FOR Purchase, Installation, and Maintenance
Of STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Due Date: Friday, September 4, 2009
DUE DATE AND TIME: Bids must be sealed and received on Friday, September 4, 2009, by 2:00 PM in the Sequoia Union High School District, Purchasing Department, 480 James Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94062.
DISTRICT PROPOSAL FORM MUST BE USED: All bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form. Each bid must be in accordance with the specifications on file in the Purchasing Office and on the SUHSD website http://www.seq.org/content/blogsection/18/81/ where they may be obtained. All envelopes must be clearly marked "PROPOSAL FOR PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM". Bidders may supply detailed information on forms of their own design, but these will NOT be reviewed if the District Proposal Form is not completely filled out.
BID WITHDRAWAL LIMITATION: No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 120 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE DISTRICT: The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and to be the sole judge of the responsibility of any bidder and of the suitability of the equipment, supplies, and/or services offered.
