Transcripts Requests

While diplomas cannot be replaced, a transcript will indicate the date of graduation.

eTranscripts through Parchment

 
Sequoia Union High School District has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to colleges, universities, and organizations of your choice! The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. 
 
Students who graduated from 2010 to 2023, simply create a username and password to request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual that you would like them to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Requests will be proceeded within 10 business days.
 
  • For students who graduated from other school years, please fill out the transcript request form.
  • For current students, please contact the school counseling office to obtain your transcripts.
