Volunteer information
Any applicant interested in volunteering with a school site within the Sequoia Union High School District should begin by contacting the volunteer coordinator at the desired school site.
Returning volunteers must reapply every school year to keep active status. Returning volunteers re-applying within the year do not need to repeat the clearance process.
Please note: Live scan forms are site-specific. Sequoia Union High School District will not/cannot receive live scan results from other organizations.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for level 1 & 2 volunteer clearance. To receive an update on your clearance status, please contact your school site’s Volunteer Coordinator.
Volunteer drivers (level 3 volunteers) who will be transporting any SUHSD student(s) that are not their own must meet level 3 volunteer requirements.
Level 3 processing and clearance typically takes 3-4 weeks. Please plan accordingly.
