Current Solicitations for Goods & Services
The Sequoia Union High School District utilizes Public Purchase for solicitations related to goods and services. For bids related to construction, please visit the Construction Department Website.
Public Purchase:
- Allows bidders to view and respond to bidding opportunities online
- Publishes results and award information
- Notifies bidders via e-mail of new bid solicitations
- Gives vendors access to bid opportunities with other government agencies
Click on the appropriate listing and you will be forwarded to Public Purchase where you can login to view and/or respond to the solicitation. If you are not already a registered Public Purchase member, you'll have the opportunity to register after clicking on the listing.
Purchasing Department staff will assist you to:
- Locate service providers
- Expedite orders
- Issue requests for proposals
- Find sources of supply
- Obtain competitive pricing
- Negotiate; review specifications, terms and conditions; and execute appropriate agreements.
They will assist you in all aspects your procurement needs, including supplies, equipment, services, and maintenance contracts.
