Student Work Permit Applications are given out at each school site during the school year. Call or visit your school guidance office to see who is able to assist you with getting a Work Permit Application at your school.
During the summer months, Work Permit Applications are given out at the district office at:

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Download the Work Permit Application below. THIS IS NOT A WORK PERMIT. It is an application to receive a work permit. The application must be completed by the student, parent and employer BEFORE it is brought to the school or district office.
