Some of the key functions of the division include long-range financial planning; collection, disbursement and accounting of all district funds; oversight of construction activity and district properties; management of insurance and liability activity; and support services.

Community use of district facilities requires completion of application through Civic Permits.  A certificate of insurance with an endorsement, agreement to rules and conditions, and approval by the school is needed prior to facility use.
